Privacy notice
Updated October 12, 2026
LeadThrough is operated by Shanghai Rehu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (上海热湖智能科技有限公司). This notice explains what happens when you visit this site, book a demo or email us. Questions or privacy requests: [email protected].
What we receive
If you book a demo, Google Calendar collects the details you enter, such as your name, email, chosen time and any notes. We receive the booking and use it to prepare for and hold the conversation. If you email us, we receive what you send and use it to reply. Please do not include customer names, private lead records or other sensitive information in booking notes.
Site measurement
We count homepage loads and clicks on the demo-booking buttons to understand whether the site is useful. Our custom event records contain only the event type and button location. We do not place an analytics cookie or add IP addresses, email addresses or booking contents to that event dataset. We do not record these events when your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. Cloudflare provides the site infrastructure and processes connection data needed to deliver it.
Other services and locations
Google provides the booking page, calendar invitation and meeting link under its own privacy terms. The site also loads fonts from Google. Cloudflare hosts this site and its event counts. These providers may process data outside your country. LeadThrough operates from Shanghai, China; information you send to us may be accessed there.
Retention and your choices
We keep correspondence and booking information for as long as needed to respond, manage a potential or active business relationship, and meet applicable recordkeeping duties. Cloudflare's custom event data is subject to its Analytics Engine retention period. You can ask us to access, correct or delete information we hold about you at [email protected]; we will review the request and any legal or operational limits. You can also contact Google about information held in its scheduling service.
